Led by Nicole Bishop\, LCSW—ORPC social worker and subject matter expert—the series covers: \n\nHow to initiate and complete online Social Security applications (including managing partially submitted claims)–May 27\nApplying for adult financial programs and understanding eligibility and follow-up requirements–June 8\nNavigating Medicaid waiver systems and waitlists–June 10\nAccessing appropriate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for clients with co-occurring medical and intellectual/developmental disabilities–June 15\n\nParticipants will leave with concrete tools to reduce delays\, avoid common barriers\, and more effectively connect families to the supports they need. \nNavigating Medicaid Waivers: Access\, Waitlists\, and Coordination \nLearn to navigate complex Medicaid waiver systems.
