SUMMARY:2022-23 Legislative and Caselaw Update
DESCRIPTION:Join us in the Jury Assembly Room at Weld County Courthouse\, Plaza West (or virtually) for the Office of Respondent Parents’ Counsel’s annual caselaw and legislative update. It’s been a busy year in Colorado D&N law\, so much so that a one-hour caselaw or legislative update is not enough to cover all the changes. This training will provide a deep dive into the legal updates that D&N practitioners need to know\, with a full two hours each dedicated to legislation and caselaw. \nAll are welcome! If you are not currently doing RPC work but are interested in learning more\, come on down! We’d love to meet you and answer any questions you may have about RPC work.
