Joe Stroh

Joe Stroh is a licensed Social Worker and the Director of Parent Advocacy with the Office of Respondent Parents’ Counsel. Joe started his career in child welfare, as a Permanency Case Worker. From this position, Joe transitioned to contracting with the Office of Respondent Parents’ Counsel as a social worker. In this position Joe zealously advocated for the parents.

In this role, Joe works closely with those contractors who have lived experience as well as promoting and supporting interdisciplinary teams throughout the state.
