CRJP 4.6 Overview

Staff Attorneys Genevieve Manco and Zaven Saroyan will provide an overview of CRJP 4.6 and what it requires–of RPC and of the other parties. This will include top takeaways from the new rule, as well as discussion of the ethical rules that may be implicated by the new discovery rule (in particular, Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, and 2.1).
